Member Club Secretaries and Event Chairmen please note:
AKC and BHCA each require that member clubs file their current membership roster with them before event approval is granted. Please send an electronic file of your current membership roster to the BHCA Corresponding Secretary with your next event application; it will be forwarded directly to AKC with parent club approval for your event. Please indicate on the file the dates for which the roster is valid. Without a current membership roster, parent club approval will not be granted.
